Background

Family Life are offering a two-hour workshop called 'Peaceful Parenting - Managing Meltdowns, Creating Calm'.  The workshop will enable you to: investigate your child's current emotional and behavioural issues; discuss a range of tools to help you manage the breakdowns; workshop your way to positive changes; and, explore self-care for parents.  Three different dates/locations are available, however the workshop content will be the same at each.

Date: Mondays - 27 February (Frankston) or 26 March (Chelsea) or 30 April (Sandringham)

Time: 5.30pm - 7.30pm

Venues: Family Life offices - 27 February (Level 1, 146 Young St, Frankston); 26 March (Level 1, 450 Nepean Hwy, Chelsea); 30 April (197 Bluff Road, Sandringham)
