partnerships-and-projectsThe key role of the BGK LLEN is to create, build and broker effective local partnerships that increase our young people’s potential to make a successful passage through school and into ongoing education, training or employment.

There are many opportunities for our stakeholder groups to get involved in current partnerships and projects.  In addition, the BGK LLEN team encourages any individuals or organisational representatives to contact us and discuss ways you can connect with our current work or identify new projects and partnerships you believe would be beneficial to the region.

How does the BGK LLEN foster partnership development?

The BGK LLEN's approach to creating, building and brokering stakeholder partnerships is to:

  • Conduct research and share knowledge with organisations across the region
  • Build relationships with key organisations and individuals and listen to their needs
  • Identify gaps in service provision or the need for new programs and initiatives
  • Work with stakeholders to better resource existing programs/service or pilot new ones through joined-up approaches
  • Initiate, develop and support a wide range of partnerships and implement frameworks, tools and evaluation strategies to enable and encourage sustainability and good practice.
