A case study is a type of qualitative research which looks closely at its ‘case’, contextually drawing conclusions only about the particular individual, group, program or issue. The BGK LLEN conducts case studies which may draw upon interviews, consultations, surveys, evaluations, observations, other related research and/or a combination of these approaches.
